Precision Heating
The heating element is cast directly into the thick cooking surface, setting this griddle apart for its ability to heat evenly and maintain consistent temperatures.

Vented Lid
Use the unique stainless steel vented lid with soft-grip handle to steam a variety of foods, like lobster, shrimp and vegetables. A lid height of 1.85 inches provides plenty of room for cooking thick cuts of meat. The lid also protects your cooking surface when not in use.

Advanced Temperature Control
The temperature can be set between warm (150°F) and 450ºF with the precision temperature control knob. Power and preheat lights indicate when the griddle is plugged in and when it reaches the selected temperature.

Integrated Drip Tray
A drain opening on the cooktop directs excess liquid or oil into the drip tray, which is removable and easily accessible from the front to reduce messes.
