The Weston 10 Piece Game Processing Knife Set has everything you need to process game in the field or at home. It includes an 8" butcher knife, 6" cleaver, 5.3" boning/fillet knife, 4.2" skinning knife, adjustable 12.25" butcher saw with 2 steel blades, sharpening steel, spring-open game shears with safety lock, and storage case. The 3 included knives and cleaver are made of rust-resistant, 420 grade stainless steel with full tang blades for increased balance and leverage. The ergonomic, riveted handles give you more stability and control when processing fish, poultry, rabbits, and other game. The heavy-duty, spring-open game shears have a bone-breaking notch that's great for processing small game and poultry. The shears are made of 420 grade stainless steel and have a safety lock. The complete set fits neatly in the portable, hard-sided storage case with built-in handle so it's easy to carry the set into the field, on fishing trips, or anywhere you need to process game or fish. The included sharpening steel helps keep the knives, cleaver and shears sharp on the go. The butcher saw is adjustable and comes with 2 carbon-steel blades. The set is backed by Weston with a 1 year limited warranty.
