The Vulcan 60SS-10B 60" gas restaurant range combines ten open top burners with two standard baker’s depth ovens for high-volume commercial cooking. Each burner is rated at 30,000 BTU/hr. and features lift-off burner heads, giving restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, and other foodservice operations a broad cooking surface with oven capacity below.
Built for durability and daily kitchen use, this range features a fully MIG welded frame with stainless steel front, sides, backriser, lift-off high shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. A shrouded flash tube pilot system supports reliable burner ignition with one pilot for every two burners, while lift-off cast grates, removable oven racks, porcelain oven bottoms and door panels, and an extra deep pull-out crumb tray help simplify cleaning and maintenance.
