The Vollrath 46060 120V Electric Chafer Heater provides an electric alternative to canned fuel for compatible commercial chafer installations. Keep your buffet line food at the proper temperature without the hassle, risks and cost of canned chafer fuel with this electric chafer heater. It’s designed to fit standard fuel cup openings, and the spring-loaded elements maintain full contact with water pans for efficient heat transfer. Set on high, one chafer heater is needed for a full-size chafer, if the water level does not exceed 1/3 inch. There are two power settings and a lighted switch that signals when it’s on. Designed to maintain proper serving temperatures. Sized to fit in standard fuel cup openings. Spring-loaded element maintains contact with the water pan for improved efficiency.
