A buffet-style breath guard protects displayed items from guest-side contamination while maintaining convenient access during service. An enclosed storage compartment with a door keeps serving supplies organized and out of guest view while remaining convenient for the operator. Smooth-rolling casters simplify repositioning, and locking casters hold the station securely once it is in place.
