Its 3 individually controlled burners deliver a combined 60,000 BTU per hour, giving operators responsive heat control across the cooking surface. Reversible cast-iron grill plates provide a channelled side for managing fat and a flatter side for fish or other delicate foods. Angled adapter bars help direct grease toward the drip tray and allow the plates to be positioned for slower cooking with fewer flare-ups. Heat-retaining cast-iron radiants support consistent results and quick recovery during high-volume production. Welded stainless steel construction, durable gas valves and metal control knobs are designed for repeated professional use and straightforward cleaning. The unit arrives configured for natural gas and includes a propane conversion kit, allowing qualified installers to adapt it for the available fuel supply.
