Delivering 120 volts of power, this hot food essential provides a range of 104°F to 165°F for maximum product flexibility, safety and freshness. On the aesthetic side, interior LED lighting at the top and at shelf makes products pop, and the three-position adjustable floating shelf allows creative customization. Bringing up the rear are sliding doors that make it easy to serve, refill and clean. 36-inch-wide case fits in virtually any space. Units are UL/NSF/ANSI 4 compliant which allows for Time-Temperature controlled (TCS) foods to be consumed safely by humans. Zero clearance on sides or between units and walls (Note: Top and operator side must remain open for proper operation and service). Fans circulate air for accurate, even heating.
