The Vollrath HDCCB-36 36-inch-wide cubed-front heated deli display case is designed for commercial foodservice use. Our sophisticated cubed-glass Vollrath® heated deli display case has all the right angles for maximizing space, keeping prepared foods hot and access easy. Delivering 120 volts of power, this hot food essential provides a range of 104°F to 165°F for maximum product flexibility, safety and freshness. On the aesthetic side, interior LED lighting at the top and at each shelf makes products pop, and the cubed shape features two floating shelves, each adjustable to three positions for creative customization. Bringing up the rear are sliding doors that make it easy to serve, refill and clean. 36-inch-wide case fits in virtually any space. Units are UL/NSF/ANSI 4 compliant which allows for Time-Temperature controlled (TCS) foods to be consumed safely by humans. Zero clearance on sides or between units and walls (Note: Top and operator side must remain open for proper operation and service). Fans circulate air for accurate, even heating.
