With our Rosewood Carving Set, 3 pieces, you will easily cut your way through all kinds of foods. Each of the three pieces has an elegant, robust rosewood handle, whose uniquely patterned surface has been polished manually for a smooth and comfortable grip. The kitchen knife, with a blade length of 4.7", is the tool to reach for when cutting small fruits and vegetables, and it is the ideal companion to the 7.4" and 8.6" carving knives. Both deliver smooth and uniform cuts to cooked and grilled meat, without affecting its fiber. What's more, the carving knives are also great for cutting larger fruits and vegetables such as melons or cabbages.
