The Thorinox DSST-2484-BKSS is a 24" by 84" all stainless steel work table with backsplash. It is the bench a kitchen actually works on, sized for wall-side wet prep and wash-down areas. The top is 18 gauge 430 stainless, welded at the corners rather than bolted, so it stays square when staff lean into the work. A backsplash turns up at the rear, which keeps the wall behind the bench clean. A hat channel runs the underside for stiffness, and the bullet feet let you level the bench on a floor that slopes toward a drain. At a 34" working height it lines up with undercounter refrigeration and most stock equipment.
