The Thorinox DSST-2460-GS is a 24" by 60" stainless steel work table. It is the bench a kitchen actually works on, sized for prep lines, bakeries and back-of-house stations. The top is 18 gauge 430 stainless, welded at the corners rather than bolted, so it stays square when staff lean into the work. Legs and undershelf are galvanized steel, which keeps the cost down on a dry prep line. A hat channel runs the underside for stiffness, and the bullet feet let you level the bench on a floor that slopes toward a drain. At a 34" working height it lines up with undercounter refrigeration and most stock equipment.
