Description
The Thorinox TCAD-2448-SS is a 24" by 48" stainless steel storage cabinet. It closes off storage in dry stores and smallwares storage on a prep line. Construction is 18 gauge 430 stainless, so the doors and body take wash-down without pitting. An adjustable interior stainless shelf comes with it, which lets you set the internal split to whatever you actually store. At a 34" height the top doubles as a landing surface when the line gets busy.
