Description
The Thorinox DRACK-2018-SS is a stainless steel pan rack for bake shops and prep kitchens moving sheet pans. It moves a full bake in one trip instead of several. The frame is reinforced so a full load does not rack the uprights, which is what kills a cheap rack. Runs are set at a standard pitch for full-size sheet pans. Casters and a cover are available separately if the rack needs to travel or hold proofed product.
