The Thorinox TWSS-1636-SS is a 16" by 36" stainless steel wall shelf. It is the simplest way to buy back bench space in pick-up windows, prep benches and bar back walls. Stainless throughout, so it cleans down on the same schedule as the rest of the line. Brackets carry the load into the wall rather than the bench, which is the point of buying wall shelving in the first place. Sizes run long enough to span a whole pick-up window if that is what the room needs.
