Description
The Thorinox TKOC-1572-SS is a 15" by 72" open storage cabinet. It closes off storage in high-turnover storage where doors slow the line down. Construction is 18 gauge 430 stainless, so the doors and body take wash-down without pitting. An adjustable interior stainless shelf comes with it, which lets you set the internal split to whatever you actually store. At a 34" height the top doubles as a landing surface when the line gets busy.
