Description
The Thorinox TRACK-1418-SS is a stainless steel refrigerator pan rack for reach-in and roll-in refrigeration. It moves a full bake in one trip instead of several. The frame is reinforced so a full load does not rack the uprights, which is what kills a cheap rack. Runs are set at a standard pitch for full-size sheet pans. Casters and a cover are available separately if the rack needs to travel or hold proofed product.
