Its extra thick, cast aluminum body with a perfectly flat base will not tip/spin or warp as it provides uniform heat distribution. The rivet-free cooking surface provides maximum protection against bacteria while the comfortable, ergonomic handles are designed to stay cool on the stovetop. Oven safe to 500°F (260°C).
The 9.5" (24 cm) Swiss Diamond Induction Fry Pan makes an ideal wedding or housewarming gift as it's the exact size for cooking for two. This skillet is designed to perform best on all induction cooktops but can also be used on gas or electric. The patented nonstick coating browns like stainless steel. Use the fond to create gravy, or simply rinse with hot soapy water, no scrubbing or soaking is necessary! The lip of the pan is the perfect combination of splatter prevention and flip-ability. The tempered glass lid is clear to prevent overcooking and has reinforced stainless-steel rims for added durability. A sliding lever in the knob opens for optional venting.
