Swiss Diamond - 7" Tempered Glass Lid - C18SD
The Swiss Diamond 7 inch (18 cm) heat-tempered glass lid provides convenience and durability. Clear glass construction allows the chef to monitor food without lifting the cover, and the adjustable steam vent releases or contains moisture as needed. It is designed for the Swiss Diamond Fry Pan and Saucepan - but it can be used as a universal cover for any 18cm cookware. A stainless steel rim produces a secure fit, and the Swiss cross logo in the handle provides a touch of elegant color. Oven-safe to 260 C (500 F) - do not expose to rapid temperature changes, especially immersing a hot lid into water.
