With a cooking depth of approximately 2.4 inches, this piece is the ideal size for easy stirring and fits comfortably on an oven rack allowing room for other bake ware. The patented coating is embedded with real diamond crystals to create a naturally-nonstick surface that washes clean with just hot soapy water. Ergonomically-designed handles are securely attached without rivets to prevent bacteria build-up. Oven-safe up to 500°F - not suitable for use on a broiler. Includes heat-tempered glass lid.
