This 208- to 240-volt, 1-phase, water-cooled freezer features two 6-gallon, refrigerated, top-mounted hopper pans, which hold your mixes at a safe temperature for an extended period of time. Our patented Quick-Freeze Technology™ minimizes the amount of air and the size of ice crystals, delivering a smoother, more premium finished product. The Delrin® food-grade plastic blades provide quiet operation and superior durability, and the simple design allows for faster, easier cleaning and assembly.
