This Sierra Range is a 24" natural gas range designed for professional cooking applications. It features four open burners, each providing a powerful 25,000 BTU of heat output. The burners are equipped with durable cast iron top grates, ensuring even heat distribution and optimal cooking performance. The range is operated through manual controls, giving you precise control over the heat levels for each burner.

In addition to the burners, the Sierra Range includes a standard oven with a 30,000 BTU burner. The oven features a double-sided enamel oven cavity, providing efficient heat retention and distribution. You can adjust the oven thermostat to achieve the desired cooking temperatures for a variety of dishes. The range also comes with a back riser that includes a convenient shelf for storing cooking utensils or ingredients.

It is built to withstand the demands of a commercial kitchen. It features a stainless steel front and sides, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The back of the range is made of galvanized steel. The range stands on four 6" adjustable legs, allowing you to level it on uneven surfaces. A pressure regulator is included to ensure proper gas flow and safety.

The range is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, meeting safety and sanitation standards for commercial use.
