Description
Handcrafted from the finest materials, this functional cheese slicer doubles as a convenient serving piece. The cutting wire sinks easily, even the hardest cheese, to produce a perfect slice, thick or thin, every time. Comes with extra wire. Natural wood with stainless steel handle. To clean, run a knife through cutting slot, wipe with a damp soapy cloth, then dry immediately. Occasionally rub a soft cloth moistened with mineral or vegetable oil. Hand wash recommended, not safe in a dishwasher.
