Description
The NIF-71-CP is the widest canopy in New Air's CP range at 71", made for the NIF-71-FG flat glass ice cream freezer and listed by Omni as fitting the NIF-71-DC dipping cabinet too. High volume grocery and cafeteria operations use the long cabinets, and this part gives that whole run a glass barrier. It is an accessory with no cooling role.
The glass is double tempered, the same specification New Air applies across the CP models, and the series sheet puts canopy height at 18.39". Adding it to an installed cabinet does not change the freezer's floor space or its electrical requirements. Installation happens on site.
