Description
The NIF-29-CP is an add-on glass canopy that mounts on top of a New Air NIF-29-FG flat glass ice cream freezer. It acts as a sneeze guard over the open sliding top, so operators in bakeries, convenience stores and scoop shops can keep product exposed to view while covered from above. The canopy is 29" wide to match the cabinet it sits on.
Construction is double tempered glass, which keeps the shielded product readable from the customer side and takes routine wiping. There is no refrigeration, no compressor and no electrical connection in this part; it draws nothing and adds no load to the freezer's circuit. New Air also lists it as fitting the NIF-29-DC dipping cabinet.
