Description
The New Air NDDC-96-GC is a 96" gravity coil deli case holding 1,668 L, or 58.9 cu. ft., in a single run. Eight feet of continuous display suits supermarket service departments and large specialty grocers that merchandise meat, cheese and prepared foods as one uninterrupted line. Cooling comes from a gravity coil, so no fan blows across the open product.
Everything visible is stainless steel, exterior and interior alike. Adjustable glass shelves take LED lighting above and below, and two rear sliding glass doors handle loading from the staff aisle. Despite the width, the case draws 550W at 5A and plugs into a single NEMA 5-15P receptacle on 110V. Shipping weight is 597 lbs in a 97.75" crate, so plan the receiving door and floor path before delivery.
