Description
The New Air NPT-092-PI is the largest refrigerated pizza prep table in this family, with three self-closing door sections and a rail holding 12 clear plastic 1/3 size pans. It suits high volume pizzerias and production kitchens that build to order across a long line. Refrigerated storage below runs to 684 L, more than a third again what the 70" model offers.
Stainless steel forms the interior and exterior with sealed interior floors, and 3 adjustable heavy duty shelves divide the cabinet. The interior measures 69.50" x 31.50" x 26.00", deep enough for full cases of dough balls rather than decanted tubs. A 620W rear-mounted compressor charged with R290 holds 0.5°C to 5°C and pulls 8.5A at 115V, so this unit wants its own 15A circuit even though it uses an ordinary NEMA 5-15P plug.
