Description
The New Air NDDC-84-GC is a 84" gravity coil deli case for high-volume service counters. Seven feet of frontage carries 1,148 L of display capacity with 295 L of refrigerated storage below, 50.9 cu. ft. in total, which is roughly double what the 48" model in this family holds. Grocery service departments and full-line butcher shops are the usual fit.
Stainless steel forms both the exterior and the interior, and adjustable glass shelves carry LED strips above and below. Gravity coil cooling drops chilled air over the product without a fan stream, so trays of sliced meat and cut cheese can sit out through a shift without crusting. Draw is 550W at 5A on 110V, still within a single NEMA 5-15P receptacle despite the length, and the case ships crated at 86.00" wide weighing 507 lbs.
