Description
The NPT-072-SA is the widest cabinet in New Air's SA prep table line at 72.50 inches, built for high-volume kitchens that assemble to order across a long station. Three doors front a 497.81 L base, and the top rail carries eighteen 1/6-size pans. Three adjustable shelves divide the cabinet so backup stock stays sorted by station rather than piled.
Stainless steel covers the interior and exterior, with epoxy-coated shelving inside and a 14.50" cutting board running the full six-foot front. A 1/4 HP back-mounted compressor pulls 380W and 3.4 A, the heaviest draw in the series, still on a NEMA 5-15P plug. The insulated lid seals the rail overnight and casters move the 341 lb cabinet for cleaning.
