Description
The New Air NUR-072-SS is a 72" three door undercounter refrigerator sized for a long cook line or a prep bench that needs cold storage along its whole run. Interior volume is 537 L (18.96 cu. ft.) held between 0°C and 5°C. Three doors mean a cook opens only the section they need, which keeps warm air out of the rest of the cabinet during service.
Construction is stainless steel on the liner and on the exterior panels, and the 68.00" x 27.00" x 25.00" cavity carries three adjustable epoxy coated wire shelves. The rear mounted 1/4 HP Embraco compressor draws 380W at 115V/60Hz and 3.4A through a NEMA 5-15P plug, so the unit lands on an ordinary kitchen circuit rather than a dedicated one. Automatic defrost runs on its own schedule under a Dixell digital controller.
