Description
Three doors and 537 L of capacity make the NUF-072-SS the largest undercounter freezer in the New Air NUF line. It runs -22°C to -17°C across an 18.96 cu. ft. cabinet. Large production kitchens and cafeteria lines use a unit this size as the frozen holding point for a whole cook station.
The 72.50" wide cabinet is stainless steel inside and out, with three adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves in a 68.00" x 27.00" x 25.00" interior. Refrigeration comes from a rear-mounted 0.75 HP Embraco compressor rated 1050W, which is why this model needs 12.4A rather than the 8.0A the narrower models draw. Three of the swivel casters carry brakes to hold 242 lbs in place.
