The NUR-72-6D is the largest undercounter refrigerator in the New Air drawer range, running 72.50" wide with six drawers and 537 L of storage. A kitchen with a long line, or a banquet operation staging many components at once, gets six separately opened compartments rather than one cavity. Drawers sit in two tiers of three across the front.
The cabinet is stainless steel throughout and opens 68.00" wide inside, with 27.00" of depth on each drawer. A Dixell digital controller keeps the cabinet between 0°C and 5°C using R290 refrigerant, and the rear mounted compressor leaves the whole front face available for drawer fronts. It weighs 242 lbs and draws 3.4 A at 115V.
