Description
The NPT-72SA-6D is a 72" refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table with six refrigerated drawers arranged across three sections. It carries 497.81 L of cold storage and an eighteen pan rail, which fits kitchens that build many variants off one station. Each section gives a cook a pair of drawers to work from without crossing the line.
At 72.50" x 33.13" x 45.75" and 341 lbs net, this is the largest table in the New Air drawer range. Stainless steel inside and out, epoxy coated shelving, a rear digital controller and a back mounted compressor hold the cabinet between 0.5°C and 5°C on R290. It draws 3.4A at 115V/60Hz through a NEMA 5-15P plug, a full amp more than the four drawer models.
