Description
The NPT-072-MSA is the widest mega top in the New Air NPT series, a 72" refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table rated for 30 x 1/6 size pans. The 2024 catalogue breaks that rail into a row of 18 and a row of 12, which suits a full salad bar or a pizza make-up line running many toppings at once. Three solid doors sit beneath it.
The cabinet is stainless steel throughout and holds 497.81 L / 17.58 Cu. Ft on adjustable heavy duty epoxy shelving. A back-mounted 1/4 HP compressor circulates R290 and the unit draws 3.4A at 115V/60Hz through a NEMA 5-15P plug, the highest draw of the five MSA widths. A rear digital controller holds 0.5°C to 5°C.
