Description
The New Air NDDC-72-GC is a 72" gravity coil deli case finished in stainless steel inside and out. Six feet of display line makes it a fit for supermarket service counters and butcher shops that need to run several product categories side by side without crowding them. The display cabinet holds 978 L and a further 240 L sits in the refrigerated chamber below, 43.0 cu. ft. across both.
Stainless cladding on the exterior takes wipe-downs and cart contact better than a painted panel, which matters on a case this long. Gravity coil cooling avoids the drying effect that forced air has on unwrapped product, and adjustable glass shelves let the merchandising change without tools. Two rear sliding glass doors serve the whole 72" run, and the R290 system draws 500W at 4.55A.
