Description
Four refrigerated drawers sit under the 72.00" top of the NCB-072-SS, which makes it the layout to pick when a station needs separated product rather than one long cavity. It fits prep kitchens, cafeterias and restaurant cook lines running countertop equipment above the base. Digital control keeps the cabinet at 0.5°C to 3°C.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, exterior and interior, with rounded corners so there are no square joints to scrape out. Every drawer is removable and rides on heavy weight bearing rails. The unit weighs 308 lbs, sits 26.63" high on casters with front brakes, and draws 2.55 A at 115V / 60Hz through a NEMA 5-15P plug.
