Description
The New Air NDC-72-CG is the widest case in the curved glass series at 72.50", built for high-volume pastry counters, supermarket service departments and hotel buffet lines that merchandise a full assortment of chilled product in one run. Capacity is 570 L, or 20.12 cu. ft. Double tempered glass surrounds the cabinet, with a curved front that keeps the product legible to a customer standing at the counter.
Inside, 67.00" of display width carries two glass shelves adjustable for height and angle, which lets a single case hold tall cakes at one end and low trays at the other. The body is black brushed stainless steel, air ducts on three sides strip condensation from the glass, and rear sliding doors keep restocking on the staff side. R290 refrigerant works across a 2°C to 12°C range and the case still plugs into a standard 120V outlet at 4.9A.
