Description
At 71 inches wide, the NDC-71-SG is the largest square-glass case in New Air's floor-model display range. It suits high-volume bakery counters and grocery pastry departments that merchandise a long unbroken line. Capacity is 830 L held between 2°C and 5°C.
The cabinet is black brushed stainless steel, 29.25" deep and 53.50" high, with two glass shelves that adjust for height and angle. Heated film in the front glass handles condensation, and LED strips light each shelf from beneath. Refrigeration is R290 with a 10.3 A draw at 115V/60Hz.
