Description
The NIF-71-DC is the widest dipping cabinet in the New Air line at 70.50" across, holding 12 tubs at scooping temperature. Six wire baskets come with the cabinet, each 10.50" x 22.00" x 15.88", so a shop can keep a full flavour wall in service and still store reserve product in the same well. Rated volume is 19.4 cu. ft. (549 L).
Aluminum lines the interior and sliding flat glass doors run along the top under a sneeze guard canopy. Temperature sits between -18°C and -22°C on R290, adjusted at a front-mounted display, and the whole cabinet draws only 2.9A on a 115V/60Hz circuit. Four casters, two of them swivel, make floor cleaning practical under a unit this wide.
