The NIF-71-CG is the widest single-sided model in New Air's curved glass ice cream range, at 71.00" across and 549 litres, or 19.4 cubic feet. Six wire baskets sit in a 65.00" long interior, so a high-turnover shop can hold reserve stock behind the front-facing flavours instead of running back to a walk-in. It suits supermarkets and busy dessert counters with the floor length to take it.
Cabinet construction is an aluminum liner under a sliding curved glass top, cooled by R290 to a range of -18°C to -22°C. Amperage is 3.9A at 115V/60Hz through a NEMA 5-15P plug, the highest in the single-sided lineup and a fair trade for the volume. The cabinet stands 32.75" tall, lower than the 61" model, which keeps the glass at a comfortable reach across a long unit.
