Description
The New Air NPT-070-PI is a 70" refrigerated pizza prep table sized for restaurants and pizzerias running a steady lunch and dinner line. Two self-closing door sections sit under a rail that carries 9 clear plastic 1/3 size pans, half again the topping selection of the 44" model. Storage below comes to 497.81 L, held between 0.5°C and 5°C.
The body is stainless steel inside and out with sealed interior floors, and each section takes heavy duty adjustable shelves so case goods and prepped tubs can share the cabinet. A 19" deep cutting board spans the front of the pan rail. Cooling runs on R290 through a 310W rear-mounted compressor drawing 2.8A at 115V, and insulated lids sit over the rail to hold temperature when the line goes quiet.
