Description
The NIF-61-CG is a 61" curved glass ice cream freezer with 395 litres of storage, rated 13.94 cubic feet, divided among six wire baskets. Six positions is enough for a full scoop-shop menu, and the deeper 27.75" cabinet gives each basket more volume than the narrower models in the range. Supermarkets and higher-volume dessert counters are the usual fit.
The aluminum-lined cabinet runs R290 and holds at or below -22°C, with an ambient rating of 30°C and 55% humidity. Net weight is 158.7 lbs (72 kg), and current draw is 2.9A at 115V/60Hz, lower than the 49" model despite the larger box. Four casters, two swivel, handle repositioning.
