Description
The NCB-060-SS is a 60.00" wide refrigerated chef base with two removable drawers, sized for kitchens that need a long equipment stand and cold storage in the same footprint. Depth is 32.25" and height is 26.63". A digital controller holds the cabinet at 0.5°C to 3°C.
Stainless steel forms both the exterior and the interior, with rounded corners in place of square seams. The drawers come out entirely for washing and their rails are built for heavy pan loads. R290 refrigerant runs the circuit and the base draws 2.09 A at 115V / 60Hz on a NEMA 5-15P plug. Net weight is 246 lbs on heavy duty casters with front brakes.
