Description
The NPT-060-SA is a 60-inch refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table sized for restaurants running a dedicated cold line through service. Sixteen 1/6-size pans sit on the top rail, double the count of the 29-inch model, and 405.78 L of refrigerated base holds the backup product feeding them. Two doors and two adjustable shelves organise the cabinet below.
The body is stainless steel inside and out with epoxy-coated shelving, and a 14.50" cutting board runs the full five-foot front. A 1/5 HP back-mounted compressor drives an R290 circuit at 280W and 2.4 A, so a 60-inch station still runs off a standard NEMA 5-15P outlet. The insulated lid closes over the rail between services, and casters carry the 275 lb cabinet.
