Description
The New Air NUR-060-SS is a 60" two door undercounter refrigerator built to sit under a prep counter or a cook line pass. It holds 440 L (15.53 cu. ft.) of cold storage at 0°C to 5°C, which suits a busy kitchen that needs bulk cold product within arm's reach of the station above it. A Dixell digital temperature control handles the setpoint and the automatic defrost cycle runs without an operator touching it.
Both the cabinet shell and the liner are stainless steel, so the unit wipes down after a shift and stands up to daily cleaning. The rear mounted 1/5 HP Embraco compressor keeps the condenser away from the work zone and off the floor path, and the whole cabinet draws 280W on a standard 115V/60Hz circuit through a NEMA 5-15P plug. Two adjustable epoxy coated wire shelves let you set the shelf height around whatever pans or containers you actually run.
