Description
The NIF-60-DC is a 60" ice cream dipping cabinet that holds 10 tubs at scooping temperature across five tub holders. Five wire baskets sit in the same well for packaged product and reserve tubs. Shops running a longer flavour list through a busy afternoon get 16.1 cu. ft. (456 L) of frozen space in one cabinet.
The interior is aluminum and the well is covered by sliding flat glass top doors under a sneeze guard canopy. R290 refrigerant holds -18°C to -22°C, and a front display with an adjustable thermostat shows the setting without opening anything. A built-in lock secures the cabinet after close, and the unit draws 2.9A from a 115V/60Hz outlet.
