Description
The New Air NDDC-60-GC is a 60" gravity coil deli case built for counters that move more volume than a compact unit can hold. Delis, cheese counters and prepared-food departments get 808 L of lit display space with another 185 L of refrigerated storage below it, 35.0 cu. ft. altogether. Cold air reaches the product by falling from a gravity coil rather than by fan pressure.
Construction is a black exterior over stainless steel, with glass shelves that reposition as the merchandising plan changes. The gentler airflow matters most on high-turn items like sliced deli meat and salads, which dry out and discolour under a forced-air stream. Two rear sliding glass doors open onto the service aisle, and the whole case runs on 500W at 4.55A through a NEMA 5-15P outlet using R290.
