Description
The NPT-60SA-4D is a 60" refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table built around four refrigerated drawers instead of hinged doors. Cafés and higher volume sandwich stations get 405.78 L of cold storage below and a sixteen pan rail across the top. The extra foot of width over the 48" table buys four more 1/6 size pan slots on the rail.
The cabinet measures 60.13" x 33.13" x 45.75" and is stainless steel inside and out, with epoxy coated shelving in the drawer sections. A rear digital controller holds 0.5°C to 5°C while a back mounted compressor circulates R290. Power is 115V/60Hz at 2.4A on a NEMA 5-15P plug, and the table weighs 275 lbs net.
