Description
A 59.00" refrigerated salad rail holding seven 1/4-size gastronorm pans, the NCSD-59-SL suits prep stations that run more than five toppings at once. Total pan volume is 17.5 L. Working temperature is 2°C to 12°C, which covers dressed salads, sliced cold cuts and cut fruit.
Stainless steel forms the body inside and out, with a hinged stainless cover for closing down between services. The static cooling system defrosts automatically and the temperature control sits on the front face of the cabinet. At 72.75 lbs the unit can still be lifted off the counter for a deep clean, and it draws 1.6 A at 110-120 V.
