The NIF-56-CG is a 56" curved glass island freezer, meaning it is glazed and served from both sides rather than backed against a wall. Shoppers can reach product from either face, which is what makes it useful in the open floor of a supermarket or a food hall where traffic passes on both sides. It holds 316 litres, rated 11.5 cubic feet, across four wire baskets.
The 30.00" depth carries a 50.25" x 24.00" x 23.00" aluminum interior lit by LED, and the digital controller sits on the front face where staff can read it in passing. A moulded front bumper takes cart contact, and a built-in lock secures the glass after hours. R290 refrigerant holds -18°C to -22°C on 2.4A, the lowest draw of the group. Units can stand alone or be lined up into a continuous island run.
