Description
The NIF-55-CG is a 54.50" wide curved glass freezer carrying 366 litres, rated 13 cubic feet. What sets it apart from the rest of the range is the basket layout: three large baskets and two small ones, each supplied with a divider, so an operator can run more flavours than a uniform basket grid would allow in the same cabinet. That mix suits a scoop counter with a wide menu and uneven turnover per flavour.
Inside is an aluminum liner cooled by R290 to a range of -18°C to -22°C. The sliding curved glass top keeps the display legible from the front of the counter. It draws 3.5A at 115V/60Hz through a NEMA 5-15P plug and rides on four casters, two of which swivel.
